Set the clock automatically and choose the correct time zone. America/Toronto handles local seasonal time changes more reliably than a fixed offset where the app supports named zones.
Compare the guide with live playback
Check several current programmes. If all entries differ by the same amount, inspect the time-zone setting; if only one channel differs, report the specific feed.
Treat catch-up as a separate feature
A programme appearing in the guide does not guarantee a recording is available. Catch-up depends on the channel, server and supported player, including the available replay window.
Refresh carefully
Use the player’s supported refresh option before removing the account. If the issue remains, send the channel name, example programme and local time to support.
