Use the everyday screen
Try the television or device you normally watch, with its usual remote and home connection. Check live TV, a movie, subtitles and the guide rather than one successful channel.
Include a busy evening
Test while the household normally uses the internet. If you live in a condo, nearby wireless networks may affect reception; compare a wired route if available.
Ask before the trial ends
Clarify missing preferences, picture quality or app licences before buying. The request form requires no card and does not automatically start a subscription.
